Bio
Founder and CEO of Lift Up Marketing, Will Shepler believes that meaningful partnerships and honest communication are the heart of great work. With more than nineteen years of marketing experience across a wide range of industries, he has built a career on strengthening relationships, understanding what clients truly need, and helping brands grow with clarity and purpose.

Throughout his career, Will has guided teams and clients through complex challenges with steadiness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. He approaches strategy as both an art and a discipline, blending creative thinking with thoughtful analysis to uncover what matters most for the people he serves. Whether developing integrated campaigns, collaborating with creative partners, or offering insight that helps guide a decision, Will’s focus is always on building trust, elevating ideas, and creating work that resonates on a human level.
Will holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA in marketing from University of Southern California. Outside the office, Will enjoys tennis, soccer, playing guitar and piano, skiing and sailing. He also coaches and refs soccer and baseball.
